ABOUT
Quiet, relaxing, private and a 6 minute drive to town. This accommodation is a 580 sq ft country cozy one bedroom apartment newly renovated for your comfort, and is surrounded by trees and has all the beauty that nature brings!
Enjoy the singing of the birds in the morning as you sip your coffee on the back deck while enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine at night by the bonfire with S'mores.
There is also a variety of outdoor games for you to enjoy, take a beverage with you and find a wooden bench in the woods to soak in the nature that surrounds you.
How about a wonderful cozy evening curled up in our comfy, reclining furniture watching a movie on the flat screen satellite tv with Netflix, Roku or Tubi TV!
The suite is a walkout with your own private entrance, no stairs, a sliding glass door takes you onto your private deck hosting a gazebo, dining table with umbrella and a barbeque.
Have a good night sleep on the king bed, dresser and closet with his and hers bath robes also in the bedroom. An oversize window to enjoy the view each morning!
A fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig coffee maker and a variety of Van Houtte coffee and tea pods to chose from, also creamers, milkettes, sugar, salt, pepper and small variety of spices and cooking oils.
After your day of fun in the snow come back to a warm cozy suite and let the pellet stove melt away the cold.
We have a backup power source should there be an extended power outage.
There is also a cold continental breakfast available to purchase

The apartment is perfect for short term work in Bancroft, a girls getaway, couples vacation or just a stop over. Stay longer to enjoy exploring, hiking, geocaching, rock hounding, ATV or snowmobiling!
We have a large U shape driveway for easy mobility for work trucks, ATV and trailers.
Accommodation is for two adults and one child sharing the bed or on a rollaway, plus a baby in a pack n' play for a second child
